經App買左個四喜盆菜，係App俾完錢張換領劵又難搵，禮劵個欄搵唔到，網購個欄又搵唔到 好喇終於要打俾客服問 客服都搵唔到，最後同客服一齊搵 最後終於係”優惠劵>快餐”入面先搵到😂 咁好啦，拎張換領劵去MX訂盆菜啦 拎個換領劵個QR code俾收銀姐姐掃 搞左半個鐘都掃唔到,最後收銀姐姐打電話返公司搵Support, 結果竟然係唔需要掃換領劵QR,反而係掃Eatizen會員QR code就得. 個系統設計完全係違反常理，收銀姐姐都話今年個新APP搞到佢地極其混亂，非常難做 希望可以認真改善下 by the way 收銀姐姐不厭其煩幫手處理，值得讚賞👍
