After ticking the box for R66 per month they deducted R799! They don’t have the SA barcodes to scan for calories and they don’t have SA preloaded meals to chose from. I want my money back!

Good day , I though there was a free trial and my money was debited same time u didn’t understand , can I have my money back please.

This app had the nerve to lie and offer a month to month payment. Only to find out once I confirmed, it tried to take the entire years payment. Now I’m struggling to get assistance. I cancelled it immediately once I saw I wouldn’t be paying monthly and now I’m seeing it’s only ending in 2025? I can’t even buy the app to complain in-app now because somehow I can’t access my apple payments and subscriptions. I’m really upset. I need assistance. ASAP. I don’t have that much money to just give away to an app that I haven’t used for more than 10mins.

I joined for 7 day free trial. I cancelled the next day. Over a month later I have been charged for a 3 month subscription! I’m not happy at all and would like a refund!!!

Love this app! Lost 4,2 kg in 4 weeks just as the app predicted. Amazing tasting recipes and so much variety! Only small problem is the recipes aren’t always accurate- ingredients listed and then not in the directions, or weird ingredient amounts like “nuts-1unit”- how much is that even? Still completely worth it!!!

The app claims you get a 7 day free trial which is all a lie once you register the following day money is deducted. It’s not user friendly Basically don’t even bother

I believed that when I signed up that I was getting a 7 day free trial. I was charged immediately. I was also very weary to download the app because there are so many English errors. I am not happy.
