Automatically charged me for a year subscription

App Automatically charged me for a year subscription for $29.99 when I only wanted the free version. Be careful with downloading. Still fighting to get my money back.

Meal planning made easy

Laakekk on

I’ve always struggled with balancing work and meal planning, but Eatr has made it so much easier. The recipe search helps me whip up meals with what’s already in my fridge, and the grocery list tool ensures I never overbuy. The AI scanner is precise and quick, which takes all the guesswork out of calorie counting. Eatr is not just practical; it’s inspiring. It’s helped me reconnect with the joy of cooking and eating well.

Inaccurate overpriced. More work then it’s worth

Nikki Redmond on

Before you start this is subscription. This app is completely inaccurate. You can add the same ingredients with the same measurements and get two different macro records. Even adding the same recipe from a week prior to my current week, it was 120 cal difference for the same amount and same content of food. (Left overs) even trying to log some major known brands. Gives you skewed unrealistic recommendations for calories proteins, and carbs I say this looking at the back of my yogurt that is 100 cal and 17 g of protein for 3/4 of a cup. Tell me why the app said 90 cal and 5 g of protein when I said, I had one cup of said yogurt. These aren’t even ballpark numbers. Another major issue the app has is that if you’re taking a picture of the thing you’re trying to log as in from a brand name company even when you specify, you only had one serving or change the amount that you received it’ll still compute it as though you ate the whole thing. Sorry Eatr, I have never in my life consumed 40 servings of protein powder in my life. I regret getting the app and paying for subscription by the way this is subscription.

Unhappy

The AI when it asks if I have any notes will not take that unfit suggestion under the meal plan log. It’s extremely frustrating. Also if I put in an ingredient I am looking for it does not populate more than 2 recipes. I signed up for the whole year thinking this would be helpful but it does not work at all!

My kitchen game was a mess until I found Eatr. The app has this amazing ability to turn random fridge items into exciting, balanced meals. What really blew my mind was the AI scanner—it’s so fast and precise, making diet tracking a breeze. The grocery list tool also keeps me from buying unnecessary items, saving both time and money. Eatr has not only improved my eating habits but also my confidence in the kitchen. It’s an absolute lifesaver for busy schedules.

Faulty

I can’t even start to use it because I can’t get through the profile set up. When it says “what diet you like” there’s no options to choose and I can skip it either

I’ve tried countless apps for meal preparation, but Eatr stands out as a complete game-changer. From its intuitive AI scanner that calculates macros to the recipe search that transforms leftovers into masterpieces, it’s made eating healthier effortless. The grocery list tool is another standout—it ensures I never miss an ingredient. Thanks to Eatr, cooking feels less like a chore and more like a creative outlet. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking simplicity and joy in the kitchen!

I never thought I’d enjoy food planning until I found Eatr. The app’s recipe search is a treasure trove of ideas, and the grocery list tool has made shopping trips a breeze. The AI scanner is scarily good—it tracks everything I eat with zero effort. Eatr has made wellness-driven eating feel sustainable and even exciting. If you’re tired of struggling with your diet, this app is the answer you’ve been looking for. I can’t recommend it enough!
