TERRIBLE

I can’t even access my book I bought an hour ago. This is ridiculous. From what I’m understanding I had to download the app to even access the ebook that I bought, but the app keeps saying my password is wrong so I had to re-register but the register button doesn’t even work!! I keep clicking and it goes no where.. so no book!?! I am so frustrated beyond belief. What a scam.

Terrible app

This app is terrible. I needed a pocket assessment for grad school. Of course, it is out of stock. So I thought I would try the ebook. I downloaded the app, as instructed, from the purchase confirmation email. However, the app looks nothing like the instructions, the pocket guide I purchased isn’t even an option, my login from the academy isn’t recognized, etc. This is a miserable app, and it’s making my life more difficult vs. easier. All I need is a book for this class. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Missing something

My iPhone version is missing the Home Screen tab☹️

Bought books that now don’t work

I attempted to log into the books I bought and it now says there is a download error and will not allow me to access the 3 books I BOUGHT already!

Difficult to use

The user interface is old and difficult to use. I’ve reset my password multiple times and it keeps saying i have the wrong password. Making it impossible for me to be able to use it for class. Please please please invest the money to make this accessible otherwise everyone will be turned off by the portal you use to secure this content and keep eating until obesity kills the planet.

WON’T EVEN LET ME LOG IN

I purchased my book through my membership and now it will not let me log in through the app. Disappointed.

Garbage

Total garbage app. You have to use the app to read their books and the app never works. Can’t download it on a computer and even if you manage to download it on your phone then it won’t let you log in.
