great app, independent business (win-win!)
Personally, I'd rather support a small startup than continue to line the pockets of tech billionaires, but even if that weren't true, the app is so easy to use and really user-friendly! So glad Eatstreet exists. Keep up the good work!
Poor customer service
My order never arrived because the restaurant cancelled an hour after they accepted the order. No notification in app that this happened. In fact, the app still shows out for delivery. While I did get an email that I will get a refund (let’s hope), the chat experience was awful. Clearly the chat person did not care what happened and had no internet in actually fixing the situation. Poor app and even poorer customer service.

DO NOT USE!!! This company is bankrupt. They will not deliver your food. It’s a scam. Smh
the worst
do not use this garbage app unless you like cold food delivered an hour later than estimated. plus the fees are absurd. absolute trash. use doordash or just don’t eat.
flawed setup
Tried to set up account with Google. App hung. Deleted app.
Need some sort of contact
They need to either make it so you can track the drive or that you can contact them—I’ve had hour late deliveries or no delivery at all like at least 5 times. It’s ridiculous

Terrible business
Eaststreet used to be good. It has gotten worse and worse. We just order food, they outsourced the order to a 3rd party driver, the driver only grabbed half the order, so we were missing all the sushi we ordered. They said they couldn’t have a driver deliver the other half since they outsourced it. They said they called the restaurant to confirm the restaurant didn’t answer, but I called the restaurant and they never got a call. Instead of a refund of the food not delivered, they gave an EIGHT DOLLAR COUPON to order from them again. What shotty business practice to not refund to ensure the money stays in their business. Such an immoral practice. I hope they’re sued for this illegal practice. Keeping money for a service you didn’t perform?
Awful app
I’ve used the web based version of this service many times and it’s fine. The app however is non functional. I can’t login. I changed my password three times and it still gives me a “login failed” error. Eventually the app stopped showing me a keyboard when I tapped on a text field. I restart the app and my entire food order is gone. Epic. Uninstalled.
