The EatWise app is designed to create and track your unique meal scheduling needs and is the best meal reminder App. Now with water tracking built-in. It's well thought out and has all the functionality to help you be successful in your journey. We take the remembering off your shoulders!

1. Create meal schedules based on the day of the week.
2. Create one-time meal schedules based on a date, for vacation days, holidays etc.
3. You can add multiple schedules and turn them on and off as needed.
4. Now with 3 types of scheduling to help you customize your meal schedule.
5. Set when and how many reminders you would like before and after a scheduled meal
6. Unique feature to even remind you about your first meal of the day
7. Keeps track of your weight loss progress with a weigh-in record keeper. (Auto Saved on the cloud)
8. Can add extra meals after the day has already started
9. Ability to edit any individual meal time at any time during the day
10. Turn on or off our new water tracking feature
11. All 14 drink icons included at no charge. Add multiple drink sizes per icon
