Sudah beberapa bulan mati. Ni ga niat bikin digital atau gimana ya?
RIBET DAN GAK BISA DIGUNAKAN!
Aplikasiny ribet sekali, dan sekarang malah gak bisa digunakan sama sekali karena gak bisa upload images dari gallery.
UX jelek, asuransi bodong
Asuransi terbutuk yang prrnah ada. Apps jelek dan CS gatau apa2. Live chat bisa hilang sendiri, apps ketutup sedikit harus mengulang semua isi form

everyday logged out, when im not sick it can be opened quickly. but urgently when im at the hospital it wont let me log in, glad ive already saved the card, make sure we dont forced logout

Applikasi ini tidak bisa digunakan. Setelah login. Blank. Tidak ada apa2. Tidak bisa cek kartu, tidak bisa klaim. Semua menu hilang. Yg ada hanya iklan2 saja. Sudah email hubungi cs nya. Jawabannya hanya silakan cek secara berkala. Sangat mengecewakan dan tidak jelas.

Tolong diperbaiki agar bisa pilih nama rumah sakit dan function upload dokumen claim nya bisa di enable seperti dulu.
Tipe benefit dan nama RS tidak bisa dipilih
Setelah update, tipe benefit dan nama RS tidak dapat dipilih/ diklik. Mohon untuk dapat diadjust lagi agar dapat melakukan proses klaim. Thanks
