The affirmation are very helpful with self love.

This app was very disappointing. I guess it was supposed to be “relatable” but …it’s more like a caricature of Black slang 😳😳😳. A lot of it was just cringey and outdated honestly. “Youse can trust ‘em n spread da kind of love dat keeps ya happy and fulfilled” likeeeee no actual black person talks like that outside of a historical fiction novel

Just what I needed
I love that the affirmation are really relatable and that they don’t feel corny or disconnected from who I am. So many categories to choose from. Easy to find motivational content to fit my mood.

I use this app everyday go through IVF is tough and this app has kept me and my husband motivated, positive and confident. Love it here ❤️
