필기가 안되고 이러는 것보면 그냥 책구매해서 보라는 큰 그림인듯
그럭저럭 쓸만함
오랫동안 전자책 사업을 해 온 만큼 좋게 말하면 연륜이 나쁘게 말하면 연식이 느껴지는 앱. 알라딘 예사같은 폐급 뷰어앱에 비하면 당연히 훨씬 낫고 리디북스는 뷰어 앱이 차근차근 개악되고 있어서 내 마음속 의문의 1등 전자책 앱이 되었습니다.. 불편사항이 있다면 만화책을 여러 권 다운받으면서 먼저 다운받은 책을 읽다 보면 이후에 다운받은 책을 처음 펼쳐도 첫 페이지가 아니라 엉뚱한 페이지에 가버리는 사소한 버그가 있습니다. 다만 여러권짜리 장편소설이나 만화책 시리즈의 후속권 알림을 받는 신청 버튼을 ‘마지막 페이지입니다’ 화면에서 달아주면 제 독서 라이프를 구원해줄 것 같아요. (전자책 출간/저자 신간/후속권 알림이 마케팅 알림이랑 구분이 되어 정리가 되었으면 더더더 좋겠지만 이건 공이 너무 커질 것 같으니..)

시스템 문제가 있는데 어째서 어떠한 공지 하나 없죠?
이북 이용 중인데 갑작스럽게 아이디가 로그아웃 되고 로그인이 안 되더니, 아이디 비밀번호 찾기 어떤 수단도 모두 오류가 났지만 앱이나 홈페이지에는 이러한 상황에 대한 어떠한 언급도 없습니다. 계속해서 여러 매체을 통해 시도해도 문제가 발생하여 고객센터에 전화를 했더니 서비스점검으로 아예 통화조차 안 되네요. 문제가 발생할 수 있지만 최소한 어떤 문제로 어떤 서비스가 이용불가한지 고객에게 전달하는 것이 서비스 제공자의 의무가 아닌지요. 오후 4시 40분 경부터 지금까지 최소 30분간 아무런 공지와 소통 수단 없이 정말 어이가 없습니다.
서비스 점검 시 책 읽지 못함
안녕하세요 담당자님 서비스 점검중이라도 다운로드 받은 책은 읽도록 해주세요. 그렇지 않으면 e북을 구매한 이유가 사라집니다.
