Bad UX
The app hasn’t been updated for a while. It asks for too many personal information. When applying promotion, it doesn’t tell the user whether the code was successfully added before confirming the charge. App đã lâu rồi chưa cập nhật, yêu cầu ưuas nhiều thông tin cá nhân, và giao diện để nhập mã giảm giá không hề có thông báo nhập thành công trước khi người dùng nhấn sạc
Không nên sử dụng
Phí quá đắt, cần xem xét lại.đầu tư hạ tầng nhìn sơ xài. Ko bằng trụ sạc vinfast mà mỗi lần sạc lấy phí kích hoạt
Quá tiện
Có hệ thống để sạc là yên tâm luôn. An toàn. Về cắm sạc phát pin đầy tự ngắt
Trời ơi quá tiện luôn
Sạc ngay dưới nhà khoẻ re, đỡ xách lên xách xuống cái cục Pin
Tiện lợi và rất dễ dùng
Mình hay cắm sạc lúc đi làm thấy cũng tiện, app tự ngắt khi xe đầy pin nên đỡ phải xuống rút sạc, lâu lâu nạp tiền còn được ưu đãi nên thấy ok.

Bữa sạc thấy ok. app bữa hơi lag, phiên bản mới xài thấy ok hơn rồi. đc cái sạc từ xa dùm cháu mình luôn đỡ chạy về nhà
Trải nghiệm ứng dụng còn quá kém
1. Nạp tiền 1 lần chỉ được 200k, và mỗi lần nạp tiền phải điền 1 đống thông tin vớ vẫn! Cũng không biết ghi nhớ những thông tin này cho các lần nạp tiền tiếp theo! 2. Không ghi nhớ phiên đăng nhập, k ghi nhớ cả email! Không có FaceID hay TouchID, mỗi lần sạc mỗi lần đăng nhập 3. Giá thu cố định chưa hợp lý khi so sánh các dòng pin khác nhau về dung lượng, KH sẽ thiệt thòi khi các dòng xe cũ pin ít và phải sạc nhiều lần hơn. Cần nghiên cứu cải thiện chianh sách giá này.
