The directions to set this up a pretty sketchy. I’m trying to get this set up for Wi-Fi and it’s been a challenge and the app just crashes as soon as I go to open it now making this device totally useless. I have tried resetting my phone and re-downloading the app or whatever to no avail.

Tried two different WiFis and neither will connect, despite correct information and multiple other devices connecting seamlessly (not eccam devices, mind you). Waste of time and money. Do not bother.

Doesn’t connect no matter which method you use. Pure junk.

It’s impossible to connect to Wi-Fi. Any suggestions. There’s seems to be no support contact at all. Help!

Connect the Camera to the Wi-Fi is the worst thing you can imagine

The only issue that I am having right now is, the app will not allow me to change the date and time stamp to reflect when the recording is taken.

The app doesn’t work with the HD 1080p Wi-Fi camera.

I was not able to change the password to my choice even after talking with the seller, who was not much help. The default password is not the correct one in order to change the password and again the seller was no help at all. Will trash this and purchase from another company.
