App has been showing all my tokens and funds as 0 for the past 4 hours. Been spending my evening in panic. No wallet should give this kind of a poor and heart-attack type of experience for investors and crypto enthusiasts. Highly dis recommend until these bugs or issues are fixed. This should simply NOT HAPPEN! Unprofessional, and the support routes you through discord where they say there is a help desk, when in reality, there is no help desk and no way to reach anybody for help. Total epic fail.

Did everything possible it won’t even let users add new tokens to fix their balance and creating addresses doesn’t fix it nor does a total reset

What I love about eckowallet 1. I can manage multiple wallet address in one account- this is a must for me 2. Seamless, easy to use. 3. I can see my kadenabet NFT! 😍 I’m impressed with this wallet!

The experience of using this wallet was a complete disaster. Had high hopes from what I read on Twitter. Instead this is slow and clunky, taking far too long to do the simplest stuff. Would also frequently hang or right away crash on me. Not using Ecko ever again. There are other Kadena wallets that are much much better.

App is glitchy and not intuitive at all. Super challenging to use. Even simple tasks like adding funds or viewing transactions tool far too long. Wallets should be easy. Found the whole experience to be more trouble than it was worth.

UX/UI is so flawless! Great job to the team! Can’t wait for the future build on Kadena!

Best wallet for first time crypto investors coming into Kadena eco. I can not wait until DEX/dapp is built into wallet. Overall great wallet.
