Dies ist m.E. die App, welche die Daten der Apple Watch am umfangreichsten auswerten und wie Whoop oder Oura mit einem Score darstellen kann. Toll wäre, wenn die wichtigsten Schlafdaten von AutoSleep auch in Eclipse ersichtlich wären.
Die Nutzung der App macht was mit mir und beeinflusst meine Erholung und Aktivitäts positiv
Bien que n'ayant pas encore fait le tour de toutes les fonctions de l'app, le fait de relever son état au quotidien permet de tirer des conclusions et de voir des tendances long terme. Très utile pour voir les relations de cause à effet sur votre sommeil et votre forme en général !

Interesting app. I’ve travelled a great deal for many years, earned quite some immunity and experienced the normal creaks of age, but choose to adapt and keep a reasonable pace. This app has taken me quite some time to warm up to, but it tracks my state well enough and is the only thing that has ever given me a sense of how to think of HRV and use it to inform my pace. Worth the price of admission.

Apple watch is absolute trash for SpO2 since it take 15 seconds to take a reading and at most it will even attempt to take a reading seems to be on e an hour. I have gotten a SpO2 ring that syncs with apple health and yet none of your apps, this one or autosleep seems to be able to use my SpO2 data from that. Its really a bummer purchasing something and then it dosnt even work as intended or needed.
It’s got so much info that it takes some study to understand it. But that’s what you want!
Unlike AutoSleep and HeartWatch, this app is quite underwhelming. Interestingly, this is also the Dev's venture into a subscription based revenue model vs. one time purchase. It's difficult for Dev's across the board to see the bigger picture when looking at the prospect of ongoing subscription based revenue, especially if investors are involved. However, marketing studies show (and I am a marketing exec) the consumer's growing distaste for subscription based models and their felt need for alternatives. Dev's that understand this and offer alternatives will attract the increasing number of users looking minimize their outflow to subscription based services and products. Unfortunately, most devs have gotten away from releasing new versions of an app that require a new purchase, often discounted for users upgrading from a previous version, allows the devs to generate revenue from new and existing, while creating brand loyalty by rewarding existing users with an upgrade discount. Admittedly, that would be a shift in mindset for mobile app users, but it's not unprecedented and users will adapt when faced with subscription based alternatives.
I love this app! It does what it says it will do. And it is pretty accurate in its results. I bought it for the year I liked it so much!! Thank you!
