Ok app, bad device
The app is actually ok But it does nothing to make the device work well. I have river 2 max and automation tasks totally fail to work as intended Trying to contact support in the app produces blank page I regret buying the device

Direct connection - No internet? No problem. You can directly connect your phone to your device via Bluetooth or your device's hotspot.
Monitor and control
Taking the DELTA series as an example, you can monitor the device in real-time, update its firmware, and adjust settings such as auto timeout, AC charging power, and charging/discharging limits.
Some devices support advanced features like AC always on, scheduled tasks, and energy management.

For successful execution of automation, make sure the device is connected to the internet.

Latest update - energy flow wrong
Charging Delta Pro and two extra batteries with the energy flow going from the batteries whereas it should be going to the batteries Regards Marc
Updates!
When you update your firmware (Delta PRO in my case) make sure you don’t have your internet router running off it. Updated the firmware automatically and the AC ports turned off at 20% update and couldn’t turn them back on to complete it. I had to take it somewhere else, teach it to use their internet then wait an anxious 30min for the update to restart and complete to find out if I’ve bricked my $6500 NZD waste of money. Their Helpdesk was useless as well, couldn’t contact them.
Doesn’t connect - no support
So glad I just paid $1200 NZD forcthis paper weight. App doesn’t connect via wifi and EcoFlow offer zero support. Terrible experience- avoid and give your business to someone who cares about after sales support
Hopeless
Doesn’t allow you to create an account. Pointless if you get stuck at this stage. I shoulda bought a Jackery instead.
Why adverts?
I’ve bought your product. Why are you still showing adverts for your products? App shows status and allows control of the unit. How to disable WiFi altogether?
Waste of time - app doesn’t connect to unit
Unit won’t show up on phone so can’t connect to the app
