The start page could be local ecosia search page to save computer time around the world. The last search result might not be any more in the cache. The point size of the text could be BIGGER. iPadOs 16.5.1.
No dark mode!!!

Dear developer, The addition of dark mode is not only expected from modern apps, it also saves energy, and it is better for the eyes. It isn’t a luxury to have dark mode for apps that people use a lot, it is a requirement. Hence, 3 stars until the night returns. 🌚🦇

Lovely search engine and one of a kind that is all about giving it back to the earth
One for the earth
Sometimes when you leave the app it can refresh it and take you away from the site you were in. That's pretty much the only con it has. Why wouldn't you use Ecosia?? Instead of typing "how to cut my hair" in Safari, type it in Ecosia and you'll help the earth. It's so easy to do good choices. I downloaded this two days ago and I have already helped to plant 10 trees :) I'm loving it!
