AIMS does not care about the quality of their product. The app is decidedly not user friendly and lacks features. This is clearly the cheap option for airlines. What a joke.

No push notifications
Not having push notifications for schedule changes is a major weakness.
Always improving
The app is getting better and better. It would be nice to have a landscape ability on the iPad and also a “Track inbound flight” function from Flight information tab - Press AC Registration and the app look up the ETA
Too unreliable iPhone App
Works ok for a while then won’t for weeks then ok again My company says it’s down and they have someone taking care of it ( same speech every time ) Now even though they decided to go with a company based at the other end of the planet for some products it’s the internet days and anywhere should be close now Can’t get my schedule with the app and need to go log into some web based page with crappy format to know when i work next An update just came out....still can’t use the app Thank god i didn’t have to pay for it :/

Haven’t been able to sign in for weeks.

Unavailable offline , crash , log problems , no push notifications
Apple Watch support needed
Needs push notifications and Apple Watch app support. Would be great to see schedules, changes, crew etc on watch.
Not working.
Everytime I try to log in, this message pops up: ‘ important notice, please be informed that although this app is available to be downloaded, it should not be used until you are notified by your...’ and then it won’t log me in. So I basically cannot use the app.

Always crash, update take very long time to be effective on the apps
