Ordering here is a big help to me because apart from legit, I also bought what I wanted for a small amount because of the voucher and beans, the last one I bought was gifted with Dove baby lotion, I'm so happy but its turn out that its already expired for almost 2 years🤦🏻‍♀️😭

its frustrating that you can only use 10% of the beans then cant use any voucher at the same time they should think like any other shop platforms not business wise

Ordered an item last 10/10 and up to now, status of the order is in processing. They haven't shipped my item! Seems like they are waiting for me to cancel my order! Note that I've already paid for the item and this is the service we are getting!

Already updated the app but still can’t access my wishlist. Plus, all history of my past purchases went missing. I need the history for tracking and monitoring baby expenses so this is frustrating. The app became somewhat slow as well. Love the app for the convenience of having everything baby related in one place but I’ve encountered a lot of issues regarding the app lately.

They sent me an incorrect item! I asked for a refund instead, the customer service rep named Geraldine told me it is possible and asked for my banking details, so I'm expecting a refund since they alrady picked up the incorrect item, but then she sent a replacement item and close the ticket so I have to start agan!!!! Not sure if your cust serv reps have a problem with comprehension? Another thing why so you beed to close the ticket right away even though the concern is not yet addressed??? This is soooooo stupid! I'M NOT BUYING ANYMORE WITH YOU! You have a very poooooooor customer service!

This app has misleading promotions. Also, i placed an order on 05 August 2024 and was advised that my order will be on process until 20 August 2024. I contacted CS with the order progress only to find out that the item was out of stock and „was unable to update the progress” in the app. Waste of time waiting for the order that will never arrive. Never again on this app.
