شو هذا التطبيق الفاشل في 2024 حتى البقالات قاموا يسون ابلكيشن احسن شي يفشل …

التطبيق من فترة طويلة جداً مايشتغل نهائياً وما منه أي فايدة، أتمنى المشكلة تنحل بأسرع وقت. Since more than a year the Application had many issues and it’s not working at all, there no benefit of having an application at all. I wish the problem get resolved ASAP as it took forever.

تطبيق فاشل و لا يقدم أي خدمة .. اما تسوون تطبيق مثل الناس او تلغونه .. انتوا بنك و مب قادرين تسوون تطبيق محترم

Worst app ever, it’s not worth it to download it Better keep in touch with them through call center.

The app doesn’t show any information or applications related to the account.

The previous version of this app was very helpful and informative. However, this app is totally useless !!!!

لماذا لا يمكن الدخول على عرض كشف حساب القرض ولا عرض جدول الخصم

I login to my account through my EID and it allows me to see the main page where my name and EID are there but i can't see my account details and the total cash i have! I called the call center but no body is answering, i sent a complain with the details through the website three weeks ago and i still didn't get any response. Poor service
