App no longer works
I can no longer access this app as it opens up to a black screen. I’ve tried closing it out and reopening but still doesn’t work. Needs to be fixed since this is included in my paid membership.
Every time i open the app, it opens to a black screen. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and the same issue still occurs. This needs to be fixed as this is part of a paid membership.
Opens to a black screen and never loads. Seems to be a long term problem they can’t be bothered to fix. Don’t waste your time.
In the past week the app does not work. Opens to a black screen. Turned off my phone & turned it back on, uninstalled & reinstalled app. Still not working!!! Please fix as I paid for this with my Edge membership
The app has suddenly quit working. I open it and all I get is a blank screen.
I was waiting for this app so I could finally watch the videos on my tv instead of squinting at my laptop screen. I thought this app would have an airplay button since it touts seamless integration between devices but instead I could only screen mirror to my tv and then the sound and video wouldn’t stay lined up with each other. I’m back to streaming them on my laptop. So disappointed!!
LOVE that I have access to all of my instructors on my phone now. Perfect for work travel!
