Need to restart iPhone every time otherwise sounds less

The product has been great but it would've been better if it had an option to set a custom EQ preset for this budget earbuds. It's amazing for it's price just a little improvement that could be done

Bought a pair W240TN, after receiving the product, after charging tested it ok. 2nd day right side not working. After contacting the seller, they replaced with another new set. Now after 4 months, noise cancellation not working, it’s the right side again. There’s a wind and sparking noise when noise cancellation is turn on. When it’s turn on the sparking noise still there.

i am using iphone 13. After installed edifier connect, i tried to search tipe of WH700NB (which has noise cancellation series)but i couldn't find that series in "wireless series" neither in "noise cancellation series". why is that?

The battery was quite lasting and the noise cancelling made was impressive. For the price of this ear buds it is quite reasonable

App doesnt remember device used, everytime i turn on it takes 2 seconds to show a pointless loading screen, then 2 seconds to detect your device. Even when already bluetooth connected, the widget needs 1 second to detect device used. ??? What is all these nonsense built into the app, fire your UI and UX team please.
