EDP

O NIF ( número de identificação fiscal) se aplica a cidadãos Portugueses. Se a empresa veio pro Brasil e disponibiliza o mesmo app, deveria solicitar o CPF ( cadastro de pessoa física ) no lugar. Acontece que nem mesmo digitando o CPF ou CNPJ consigo acessar o app. Que desleixo….

Pede NIF e nao explica onde achar

For some reason this app quit working. It went to a blank screen and so I deleted it. When I got it from the App Store it was still blank. Not sure what to do. I’ll have to take it to EDP but not sure they’ll know how to help.

Very often the app doesn’t load up. Frustrating how frequent it happens

I have used other apps for utilities in Portugal, but this is one of the best. At least for me it always takes my readings and gives me reports when I need them. So far very happy with it.

This app is an offence to any customer. It’s sluggish and takes forever to launch each page. It loses data that you input and logs you off constantly. This app alone wants to make me move my contract to Endesa.

Não se consegue fazer o login no app mesmo tendo o login na web. Lixo.

Deveria ser possivel agendar a contagem e não ser obrigado ás notificações da app
