Ease of creating is brilliant. Shame all work disappears!

I downloaded app, created a new radial map and spend an hour building a thing of beauty. Unfortunately it threw me out onto the main page again (not sure why) and my file is totally missing! I thought it was because I hadn’t logged in. Logged in. Created a test file. Clicked onto home page and again my new test file is gone!!! I saw prior review complaining of similar issue, with suggested developer solution. Tried to do it but it doesn’t make sense.

how can I open my file again?

I didn’t know that there is not auto-save function and I turned if off. my file is still in my folder but I cannot open it. how can I open my file again?

What a rubbish app is this?!?! No auto save function and no save button!? Don’t pay to them forever!!!!!!! After I pay for $14.99, their doesn’t work anymore and all ur files will be gone!!!! I will never buy urs products forever. Customer service are ridiculous, I have never seen a customer service bad as them. Hope this comment won’t be delete by the company!!! And don’t even try to click into MindMaster! 100% will regret!

Best one trust me I’ve checked

I study medicine and my content is very convoluted, this is the best one Ive seen so far and I’ve checked them all. Also there’s a buy for lifetime option which eliminates the frustrating annual fee ones.
