I bought the full version and it is no longer opening on the iPad and the iPhone says I have to buy it again. how to solve?

Em 03/10/2016 comprei a versão completa e após uma atualização não possuo mais a versão completa, gostaria de saber como resolver isso.

I paid $8 for a game that my 3 year old finished in 35 minutes. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!

It’s actually a nice game. There is decent variety in type of puzzle but the price is absolutely outrageous. There is no value. I feel like I got cheated out of $7 here. This is a $2 game for the amount of content in it or a free game that should be ad supported or something. I guess I assumed 15 puzzles was basically 15 kinds of puzzles and maybe we’d repeat the premise in different environments. The title page and game play page is almost designed a bit deceivingly just from a aesthetic standpoint to make it seem like there will be more if you make the purchase. My little one was through this in a few minutes though it was enjoyed. Again, a fine game. The other tiny hands free versions I had downloaded at the same time seem similar in quality. I’ll never buy another though. The value is just astronomically poor so I can’t rate it higher. Maybe if it was $7 for a bundle of all their games…

I purchased the app but why doesn’t it unlock other levels? Is level 5 the highest it goes??

And app support just sends me around in circles. Do not recommend.

No mention of having to buy anything
