This app does not let me login at all it’s acting all weird there’s a 50 letter username I’ve never seen before in my life n it changed it seems like otherwise someone is trying to hack me or something idk. It used to be simple I literally 4 hours ago I could log in and now I can’t and it changed just weird. I also call Eva bc it’s so late and they can’t recognize my account number something weird is going on, also sorry for the rant I go on the online website to log in and I also can’t do it there either so this app right now is bad for me at least with this new stuff if that is really the app!

Working with Shantay Lamb during the preapproval loan process has been so easy. She anticipates questions, answers in very understandable terms and returns phone calls very promptly. We decided to use ECU as our mortgage bank of choice because of the exceptional service she has provided. We know that she represents the high working standards of ECU.

If you appreciate convenience, this bank is for you. The app lets you do everything you need. I have been a customer for years and never needed to go to the bank. I get it all done online.
