Edulog Parent Portal

So I previously downloaded this app, and it was horrible. I decided to give it another go, and they really stepped their game up. The one drawback is the pickup/drop off time can be slightly inaccurate, it’s not a dealbreaker for me, it gives me a well enough estimated timeframe. Thank you!

Last year the app only worked the second half of year and worked good. It didn’t refresh very well. This year it simply doesn’t work at all. Not sure if the bus hasn’t turned on GPS or app just doesn’t work. The screen just shows my location and bus just sitting in same location everyday. It doesn’t even send messages anymore. It also was sending me messages over summer when school was out.

They approved my kid but they don’t show the bus. They say he has no scheduled buses but he rides it every day

I don't get no alerts and the bus never updates its location which is the whole point of the app and the schools don't do anything about its sad. There are other apps smh!!

Half the time it doesn’t work what’s the point of having it when it doesn’t work half the time.

I’ve only been a user for a few days but there are definitely weaknesses in the way the system is designed. For example, alerting is not reliable. My kids suddenly showed up since the bus was early, only to be alerted that the bus was half a mile away about 30 minutes after they got home. Additionally, an app supporting school districts should definitely not be asking to track my activity on the phone. Harvesting parent data for what I only assume is an additional revenue stream for the app is asinine.

Absolute worst app but only of a few…times are not accurate so don’t depend on it

Never works and my kids misses the bus basically because it doesn’t update like it is supposed to

This is the second year in a row that Edulog has attached the wrong bus to my child and, therefore, the tracking is incorrect. There’s no contact function or any way to report it. So that’s not great.

The app just had my son id. That was it 🤷‍♀️ So useless! Bus pick up and drop off my son everyday n it has nothing relatives to the app. Not a single notification.
