Literally would not get push notifications for a very long time. Then they updated the app and I miraculously got push notifications. Thank you so much! Now they update the app again and now I no longer get push applications. Why are you doing this to me please please make it so I can get these notifications sent to my phone so I know when my child is coming on the bus.!!! why are you guys so dumb? Fix this holy smokesz!

No function of this app works properly. Notifications stop coming. Location stops updating. The last few days it stopped working completely. It doesn’t automatically do route substitutions. Also will ask you for your password for no reason. Why would you ever need to reenter password for a glorified bus schedule?

Notifications haven’t worked since my kids came back to school from winter break.

Since the snow days mid January the bus notifications only populate in the app but not as a notification on the phone

This is a completely useless app, which is unfortunate bc our school uses it. It never has the right bus numbers identified, it never triggers alerts at the correct time, it lags bus locations. You really can’t trust it to provide anything of value. Our school district should use the funding allocated to this app to payout bus drivers more. Never submitted a review in my life. This is how much I hate this app.

App is very useful to have a general idea where bus is. The time stamp only changes when bus moves so there are times when it seems like the app has frozen. Alerts no longer seem to work for the 2022/23 school year. The worked well as of June 2022. Not sure what changed but I wish they would fix it. Phone would ding and notifications would show on Lock Screen. No longer does that.

I have been using this app for 2 years (school years) and I have to say this app is not what it says it will do. The app ( if working ) has a lag time that completely fluctuates. It goes from 30 seconds behind to where the bus was 5 minutes earlier. I’m going to suggest that the people who wrote this program needs to take the summer and fix it. I have an idea for the future, try getting the app to actually notify us when the bus reaches the target area. Just so I’m clear, I have NEVER written a review until today. I’m hoping that you will fix the app since it does have features that (on paper) is good but the execution is SEVERELY lacking. Please fix.

The app is great when it works. The push notifications for my zone quit working months ago and then 3 days ago it doesn’t even give the accurate location of my child’s bus. The bus hasn’t moved on the map at all.
