Not working properly so options missing

Tough time using this app to make payments , neither it allow net banking nor card. Pages don’t resize. Finally did on laptop.

Earlier versions used to work in iPhone and iPad. The latest version doesn’t even open. Pls fix this ASAP. My kids are not able to use it at all..

Under learning section. When I click on it the app crashes. Just too slow. Not able to view properly or pay fees on mobile. Website is only option. Using iphone version 16.0.3. pls fix.
