I don’t get any support
Video player
Video player is the worst player, and the tutor is not explaining perfectly, guess my money are worthless
Finding particular topic is time consuming
There is no content or index to view particular topic / concept video. Going through hours and hours of videos for revising is really big mess. I think Edureka lacking there. Let’s say if I want to watch Kubernetes Ingres controller video, then I am lost in searching hours and hours where exact topic was covered. Feeling bad as they don’t even have the index.

Recording doesn’t play
Tried to play the video recording of classes but app just simply hangs up. Killed and tried again but still no luck.

The worst app I have ever seen. It always comes with operation timed out message no matter what you try.
