How do I get decent customer service?
Great service . Customer service is exceptional..
Disappointed that I received zero messages on the fact that I was getting close to my 25g limit. I was promised. That I would received no surprises but that’s not the case.

Just got this app, it keeps shutting down when I open it, not just for my phone but happens for others I know aswell
This is saying my account is closed when it’s not as I’m paying for my phone each month but on here it says it’s closed and I have a final bill which is not true as my account is open and I’m paying my phone bill so please sort the app out as people can’t access their accounts

The app is useless
Just trying to find the cost of top ups to dongle 4g mobile data. EE do their very best to run you ragged and into monthly fees instead of PAYG top ups. A simple drop down index at the top of the website would suffice!
Constant ‘Try Again’ errors when trying to actually do anything other than check the current status. Not working for chat or help or upgrade! Time waster!
