No Live chat
You must be quick to solve customer problem . I had problems 3 times with my family mobile number, not being able to make phone call when in Spain & Greece. No internet connection . It happened again to my wife yesterday in Spain . You defiantly need Live Chat . Thank you for listening
It’s saying account closed when it’s not
This is saying my account is closed when it’s not as I’m paying for my phone each month but on here it says it’s closed and I have a final bill which is not true as my account is open and I’m paying my phone bill so please sort the app out as people can’t access their accounts

Worse customer service and app ever
The app is useless
Most confusing website yet
Just trying to find the cost of top ups to dongle 4g mobile data. EE do their very best to run you ragged and into monthly fees instead of PAYG top ups. A simple drop down index at the top of the website would suffice!
Try again!
Constant ‘Try Again’ errors when trying to actually do anything other than check the current status. Not working for chat or help or upgrade! Time waster!
Very slow and clunky
App takes ages to load and when trying to control WiFi i.e kids misbehaving, by the time it loads it’s too late
App never works
As a leading supplier you should be able to make your app work efficiently, can never access the correct information for each phone you have on the contract. Very poor
SHOCKINGLY BAD
Just cannot believe this network simply cannot provide a functional app to manage your account. Been an ongoing issue now for YEARS!!!!!!!!
