Description

Interested in tornado and wind damage assessments? Wonder how they rate a tornado from EF0 to EF5 without guessing? This app is the answer!

We've condensed the Enhanced Fujita (EF) Scale into one easy to use app. Follow the on-screen dialogs as you select your damage indicator based on the damaged object you're looking at. Next select the degree to which the object was damaged. Finally adjust the slider for any variability in the construction. If the building is poorly constructed, lower the windspeed and vice versa.

Version 1.0

Leave us suggestions in the comments or by emailing us! Give us a good idea and we'll try to add it for you.

*** PLEASE REMEMBER: This app is for reference purposes only. Doing a real damage survey takes knowledge and experience you can't build into an app! Official damage assessments are the business of the National Weather Service and their delegates! ***
