It’s a great idea and the app is ok. However, it hangs, displays server side error messages to the front end, constantly needs to be relaunched (iPhone 15 pro). As with any POS transaction the ability to pay immediately should never be interrupted with a feedback request from the last transaction. I want to use this app but frequently give up on it and use my card instead.

Have raised a ticket for a duplicate order with the support but no response even after 5 days.

My employer J.P.Morgan has rolled out eFeed and the service is deplorable. The App initially worked and then after a month stopped working for no particular reason. Have raised this with people from eFeed many times, in person en through the online support service but am not receiving any feedback whatsoever. Very poor client service!!!

Basically payment through this app does not work and the in-app support functionality either has lost my ticket or does not work either. Very disappointed

This app when it works is really good but it is just unreliable. For over a day it will not allow me to log in to my account to place orders. The support team do not respond to request for help. Make it reliable and provide support, then I could give it a better rating.
