淨係相機影ID，勁難對焦，已經咁多年都冇改善過，都要讚吓啲前線同事，咁Stupid app都仲去用，想做多啲生意都難！

中銀保誠簡易eForm App有以下特色：
1. OCR技術：拍攝身份證明、住址證明文件後，程式將自動識別及輸入有關資料於表格上
2. 自動覆核：填寫表格時，利用程式內的驗證規則，幫助用戶更準確填寫表格
3. 電子簽名: 直接在移動裝置相關表格位置上簽名，實現全面電子化
4. 申請快捷：資料即時上載，加快申請流程
5. 安全安心：上載成功後，即時收到申請編號，方便日後查詢。所有資料及影像均不會儲存於移動裝置上，保障個人資料安全

Bought a new iPad to try using this app but had failed miserably. Can someone please look into the coding of this app? I’d even changed Apple ID and factory reset the whole device but still have no success. 你後台設備咁樣好難做多啲生意

入曬客人資料上載彈app
以為個app好穩定，點知入曬資料最後上載先彈app！ 全部資料要入過曬！好啦，今次入曬資料儲存再上載，又再彈！ 再登入再係已存清單見到個文件，諗住在試下上載，又彈！ 打去客服，話可以試下用同一個account去其他iPad or電話登入，可以搵返個已存清單，點知係冇嘅！老點人又浪費時間！究竟個中銀保誠IT有冇試過已存清單去其他設備登入可以搵返呢？ iOS系統全部更新過，都係唔得彈app！ 最後係要搵返個客再提過用紙本！落後到一個點！ 要更新app or用邊個系統又沒有提示，不知所謂!
iOS15不支援電子表格填寫請勿使用，已知會公司更新
在計算累算權益100時iOS15系統機型未能識別準確的數字，14及13系統版本則可以如常運作。
完成後無法上傳和彈App
如題，填好資料按下一步就彈App, 跟本不能成功遞交。有等於無。如果無人更新個App 等同垃圾。
