Efteling

All fine before updated to include the winter Efteling update. Now I can’t access sections to add travel companions despite already adding them! Just says oooops can’t access that right now try again later ?

I like the app for the information provided. However it has totally failed to progress any attempts to purchase tickets for Efteling. I have tried on numerous occasions and via various devices and associated sites. As soon as I input my log in details, the purchase fails. I contacted Efteling by phone and was advised to keep trying. Hugely disappointing ☹️

Amazing in every way - this app Does everything you could need

Slow, unresponsive, the process of adding a travel companion is the most convoluted and useless process I’ve ever had to follow. Dreadful app.

I thought everything would be visible on the app. But I can’t link the disability passes on here, it’s really hard to find restaurants and book them. I’m not finding it very user friendly unfortunately.

Made my time there easy as abc

A good app with the ride times being accurate and updated frequently. Really annoying that the only ride that offers fast past has the shortest queues. It should be offered on the other rides too. Also, when trying to use the fast pass in the park it activates Apple Pay every time therefore you cannot use without first deactivating Apple Pay, this needs to be fixed.

Extremely useful app with clear map and good information on attractions within the park. Excellent for planning before you go and using whilst there. Suggestion for improvement: have the option of rotating map to direction of travel.

Very nice application, designed very simple and friendly design. I would recommend it to anyone who is going to the Efteling park. Great work
