Very glad I took the time to go through some YouTube tutorials and learned how to use the app well before leaving a review! Very powerful, very flexible, and easy to use. Very stable and responsive app haven’t had a single glitch or crash. Love that the option to record audio directly in the app, as well. And a huge thank you to the devs for making the project files so easy to find! Super simple to transfer my projects from my iPad mini 6 that I carry everywhere with me to my M1 iPad Pro that lives in my music studio at home. Awesome to be able to work on stuff on the go and quickly transfer to the larger iPad when I get back!
Update after update! This app and this dev are the top contributors to music apps today! It just keeps getting better! Hit that “tip jar” and support this dev!
I didnt know this app existed before today and now ive been at it for hours and can’t imagine going back to the old workflow. Even the sequencer, Which im always wishing was hardware in ios because they dont have that creative feel. This is awesome, so glad someone mentioned it on FB. Great work, keep making it better.
>>UPDATE<< Awesome developer, I requested some form of audio recording or looping module, and low and behold, the new update provides! That is the kind of developer you throw cash at in wads… TAKE MY MONEY!!! This is an awesome app/plugin, my favorite clip launcher out there (since Logic Pro’s subscriptions are a deal breaker, and Ableton did not give us Live for iOS). My big request is, could you add an audio clip module, like a looper of sorts, to launch audio clips? That would be truly awesome! It would not have to be particularly advanced, just a simple synched audio looper that you could add AUv3s to. Yes, I know there are AUv3s that will do this, but none of the modules really feel well suited to host that sort of plugin. AT that point, this app would be a bit like a mini Ableton Live, and that would be a whole lotta fun! And, in many circumstances, you could avoid the need for a full DAW, which would be extra nice… That said, as it stands, this app is a blast! Easy to get to work on without having to pour over a manual, and surprisingly flexible. If working with clips is your thing, you need to, at the very least, give this app a gander!
Being new to the iOS music scene, I saw this was being worked on, I travel the forums, logic this, AUM that, Drambo, Drambo, Drambo… This one felt like it was for me, a beginner a sandbox to go as simple or as deep as I wanted. I’ve requested hopes in the developers roadmap, and have honestly scene them implemented after a week. Nodes has been updated I want to say, at least four times now. Maybe more. iOS can be overwhelming.. start here.
love how friendly the entire layout is yet the 32 to 64 step etc (16 steps per page would be ideal) would make this so much more funn pls add this pleeeeease 🪩🕺
The features and updates just keep making this app amazing .Thank you .
Very much wish we could sequence all of the au parameters not just the 5 or so that are available. Maybe I'm missing something.. like when I hook up an au to mpc for example, I can add automation tracks for every parameter. I know the au makes the parameters available to the host.... Can we sequence them? Otherwise I really like the chord feature in the sequencer. I have no idea what anybody would use the chord or appreg modes for, they can only generate one chord per loop. And the rhythm module isn't really labeled it's hard to know what notes the rows correspond to. So I really only use the sequencer, but the scale selection is great, again the chord option in the sequencer is great, but the chord module seems weird to me. I'm missing something. And that's why 5 stars. Fun.
Rare to find a developer this responsive to user feedback. I had an issue with sustain pedal input and he fixed it in less than 72 hours. Amazing. The app is great too!
