Egg Timer

Delivered perfectly good soft boiled eggs for me.

Followed the directions and my eggs were raw, ruined my Saturday.

Set the timer and no alarm to say the timer was up. Don’t waste your time.

The old version was great and this updated version simply does not work. Luckily I remembered roughly what to do and just managed to get the timer on.

I hate this update!! How do I get rid of it?!!! It’s so hard to understand and navigate now. I’m a very unhappy customer!

When you first get to the section with steps you see “Step 1. Place eggs in saucepan and cover with cold water” and then a “Start timer” button. I’d already started my water boiling before launching the app so I took the above literally. However it actually wants you to only start the timer in Step 3 after the water has come to the boil and you’ve then turned off the heat. Why is the button there before Step 3?

Used this app lots but now it doesn’t work properly on my iphone which is disappointing.

Deleted this app. The timer won’t work.

Had this for years Nice new interface and the timer doesn’t work I don’t know who is testing this but the egg timer is a pretty crucial part of the app

This new version of the app just won’t work, I’ve only tried it with poached eggs because that’s all I have.
