The online Reading Eggs is absolutely amazing! The app version needs more variety, not just one egg game. There should be an option to speed up the movement of the flying eggs.

I was so happy to hear that reading eggs finally released a game for the iPhone. My daughter is signed up for reading eggs online which gets a 5/5 star rating. As for the iPhone game, I just played 2 first levels before I show It to my daughter. I find the eggs take a long time to show up with the correct word in the egg. A child of 4-5 yrs old will get bored waiting so long for the right egg to show up. At one point it was 20 seconds before the right word showed up. Another thing I see is that after about 15-20 words the eggs fly by the screen so fast I myself a 35 year old has trouble getting them. I have not gone much further then level 2 right now but I am sure it gets harder as you go along. Reading eggs online I give a 5/5 New reading eggs iPhone app 3/5. I give it a 3 as there is room for improvement and given the awesome online version , I am sure the iPhone app will be better over time. If I may make one more suggestion, the app should be able to tie in to a child's progress with the online version.

Finally an app from Reading Eggs!! My son LOVES the online program and has been asking for months to play it on my iPhone or on our iPad.....how do explain about flash to a 4 year old! This program is fantastic (so is the online paid program - worth every penny) and I'm so proud of the progress in his reading!!! Thank You Reading Eggs!

It called reading eggs and it work for laptop and iPad and phone But reading eggs if you want to make a account for your kids you need to pay money and this one is free but reading eggs is better and it good so you can buy and I will be good

Yep, I agree with above comments. Way more fun to see eggs splatter or pigs squeal than get a polite golden egg as a reward... wish I hadn't spent the money!

Just downloaded and it will not load. Major fault... Pretty disappointing as my kids use the Reading eggs app.

My son loves this game and has made some progress, but we only get so far before he gets distracted by wanting to see eggs splat among other fun mishaps from deliberately picking the wrong thing. Please make it more fun to get it right than it is getting it wrong.

This is a great little game but both my kids like the splat of the eggs when you get the words wrong. Need to swap this around or it is a waste of time as it becomes all about splitting the eggs only
