terrible website and app had multiple codes and none of them worked even though they were all valid. last order got lost (the whole order was taken out my bank with no confirmation email) and had to be reordered and resolved by me contacting the company multiple times. hope this order has no issues!
not very good
purchased 2-5 days shipping its now been 7 days and still hasnt come, if they dont come tomorrow its pointless. also wont let you get a refund. do not reccomend

I have really loved my shoes purchase from this site so far.
Customer service is very slow!!
Whilst the items I have bought have been nice. The customer service is not up to scratch! If you have a problem or anything, they respond but don’t keep up the communication. I’ve been dealing with a problem since 30th August something of which could have been sorted then and 2 weeks later still waiting for it to be sorted. I never like to leave bad reviews but I can’t find a number for them which makes getting this sorted even harder!

App freezes a lot when trying to add discount codes when getting to the payment always need to reload pages lose order have to start again
