Egress Secure Mail

Was told to download this app in order to receive updates on my daughters ehcp. I ah e downloaded and uninstalled it several times as every time I download, it just freezes on the “welcome to egress” page and has never once opened the app! Had to continue with viewing things online as emailed and cannot follow progress

Trying to access a document, or even create an account is just impossible.

I can not reply to an important message to me. Keeps coming back default. Very frustrating.

The worse app I ever used

My heart sinks whenever I receive an egress email. I know that the additional layer of security will delay me getting the information being sent. Because of the extra sensitivity, it’s highly likely that my password won’t work. If it does, it is more likely than not an email from one of the other addressees on the email circulation list noting that they received the last one sent. I’ve given it two stars because you should know just how irritating your product is.

The app just freezes on the first screen and I can’t get past it. I have an SE, and there a button that I can’t see because the page is set up for larger phones? Why not just add a scroll bar?
