After submitting test there is no option to see the results after the update of app

I have tried multiple times to purchase one subscription but it’s not available in the app as well as on the site . It says there are no active plans whereas I can’t even buy a new plan .so it’s a mess someone needs to fix this bug

I’m using eGurukul from quiet a few months now but it is crashing suddenly while using and app shows,'no data regarding your search’.

Crashes more frequently druing mcq on other side it would not count test as completed many times

Very poor customer support. Raised issue with app being locked out several times and even after weeks the issue is still unresolved.

Once you are a subscriber and paid the full amount ,they don’t even bother about you. I had a simple issue with the validity of the subscription which they could have rectified easily.But they didn’t

I purchased a plan through a representative for the eGurukul app to prepare for INI-CET and NEET PG. I was promised access to T&D recorded videos and subject-wise test videos on the eGurukul and DBMCI apps. However, I was unable to access these features as promised. I also want to mention that the DBMCI Live app is terrible. It constantly gets stuck, has so many bugs, and makes it difficult to study effectively. Despite reaching out for clarification and requesting a refund or upgrading my plan, I was told the information provided was in line with their offerings, even though I inquired about more comprehensive plans (such as DBMCI One) that would have suited my needs better. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and the unusable app are incredibly disappointing. I would advise others to verify all details thoroughly before making any purchase, and be aware of the technical issues with their app

Not showing results of GT’s and qbanks. Please update the issue

I keep solving McQ’s and almost every 20 minutes the app crashes especially when I’m done with the module. I have to end up restarting the entire module because of this. Happened to me multiple times.

Please improve the user interface ; GTs are too good.
