You need to pay for everything basically worst dating app there is you can’t even see people without paying do no recommend

SAVE YOUR DETAILS!! This app is absolute disgrace and shamelessly won’t let you delete your account if you’re not happy to stay, And the help and guide section doesn’t even lead you to a right path to delete it yourself. It’s unbelievable how disgusting and dishonest this Company is. Zero out of ten to recommend.

Please be very careful when signing up for this app. You cannot opt out of the subscription plans you signed up for, based on their terms & conditions, even if you find someone or simply don’t want to continue on the app. That is to say - if you have signed up for a yearly plan with monthly instalments, you WILL HAVE to pay for the whole year even if you find someone during the second month. Moreover, you cannot delete your profile, after signing up, as they have an ongoing court proceeding in the Federal Court in Melbourne, filed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). So if you are on eharmony, forget that you have any right to delete your own profile.

Don’t be jaded after answering all the questions. Write a nice Profile, pay the money and get instant messaging access, to the nicest people you could wish for.

No one seems to be talking. I feel I’m the only one on here. There’s not a lot to choose from. Now I’m stuck on this app being ripped off for $50 a month for the next 5 months. I need my money back!

Feels like a scam and can’t really do anything to connect to a person regardless of whether you match or not. I wish I’d never paid, as the cost is also significant. The payment model is archaic, have to cancel auto-renewal in writing - on the edge of unethical practices.

I wanted to delete my account yet it says I don't have permission to do this. So, I emailed the eharmony customer care and they told me that they are going through some legal matter via ACCC in Australia... so I have to wait til they update me with this... so annoyed!! Apparently eharmony offered free chats but they don't stay true to their words and they make people pay to chat. False advertising!! Scam!!

If you sign up for 1 month they will try to pick you into a 12 month plan and not let you cancel! I have been emailing them and I’ll I get are lame excuses saying I chose 12 months when I selected 1 month!!!!

This app is a scam. DO NOT INSTALL. You won’t be able to delete YOUR account. This is ridiculous and a total breach of personal info and privacy. I do not feel safe with this app. Apple should not allow this app to be available. I emailed them and this is their response: Unfortunately, we cannot delete your account at this time due to a pending legal matter in Australia. However, we have made your profile inaccessible to any potential new matches. Your account will remain visible to your existing contacts. If you still wish to have your profile deleted in the future, please reply back to this in a few months and we can provide an update on the status of the legal matter. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Just loaded up the app and can’t type in when I need to edit. Would be good to address this in the next update.
