This app is better than the app a different company used, but I don’t understand why you cannot edit the timesheet if you accidentally back out of the ROC and then have to deal with the hassle of sending notes through to other staff or manually do a timesheet which is a hassle in itself just because the app will not allow you to edit the timesheet before submitting it.

Not being alerted when shifts became available. Have uninstalled app multiple times. Logged out of app multiple times. Turned airplane mode on multiple times. Still not receiving any notifications. Only when I open the app can I see there is a shift available. Have check all other apps and settings are all the same. Missing out in shifts !

The app is great and I love using it, but the notifications don't appear. Every time a shift becomes available, I don't get a notification. I have to open the app and check constantly if a shift is available. If this issue could be resolved, it would be perfect.

Ive been using this app for 6 years now and I’ve never really had any issues. Easy to use ! Love it!

I’m new to this app and already having issues self-allocating my shifts. Even having deleted and re-downloaded the app 3 times now the issue remains there. Other than that it’s easy to use and navigate.

Such an easy to use app. The team give great info and inductions to the company. Couldn’t fault them.

not gonna give location permission to lodge a timesheet. ridiculous. otherwise app is fine. needs to be a way in the shifts to say you're not able to accept it instead of forcing us to call in.

There is no electronic timesheet.

This app is good and easy to use But having problem with shift alert. Shift alert never appear in my app but appera on others since i start working with HCA. I rang them but always says they were fixing but it still the same. Thank you

Too long time loading The” allocate me now” no working, I had ask them several of times in half years, them just told me them are fixing.
