Cant even sign up for new account… kept resending otp but received none

Usless app unable to mass delete promotional messages. Clinic that does not turn on booking or update reports also makes it lesser need to use

Collect that many data without ability to actually book appointment. User interface cmi. Don’t waste time with it and please provide users the option to delete/shutdown the account please.

I tried but app refuse to allow me to complete my registration as my postal code is recognised as “unknown”. And my registration cannot proceed further as postal code is a must have data field. Doctor at the RC clinic cannot do anything to help

Useless app

Hi. Under the data protection act of Singapore, do your app really need to collect so much of data just for to sign up? Don’t understand why you will need nric, home address, birthday etc. Pse explain otherwise if such need is really necessary

Once you key in the nric of the person, you cannot edit. So meaning if you keyed the wrong nric, the app becomes useless. Its tag to handphone number. Stupidest setup ever!

No longer needs to go all e way to get a Q number and wait an hour for the turn. Great time saving apps. Thank you

Not able to take queue at all. N not many clinic is onboard this program.

Finally an app that help patient a lot. Initially app was crashing at earlier time. But they keep enhance and update. Good!
