Amazing,

Secure but not easy to use like the old edition

Transition. From old to new app is bad. Just simple things don’t know where to access my statement used to be straightforward It can’t scan my emirates id properly keeps saying use the original. Would have been nice if they amalgamated thriwe befits and all in one app. Overall more of a pain than an upgrade but I’ll get used to it.

New update is much better

Not a user friendly design .. all there app are same new versions are worst

This app is an absolute disaster. I can’t understand how a mainstream bank can create such an app littered with bugs. Literally, there’s nothing in the app that works. Called the helpline. They can’t do anything either. Once you start the new app, you can’t go back to the old one and the traditional browser based online banking doesn’t work either. I might have to close this bank account altogether. Absolute nightmare 👎👎👎
