Eindmainte Lab可以对用户的工业装备进行实时状态监测，对装备有没有故障，故障的严重程度进行诊断，对存在故障的装备及时向用户报警，并对装备的运行状态进行统计，实现对装备的7*24小时看护。
状态统计页面，对用户及其下属单位所有在役装备的状态进行统计，直观展示正常运行、轻微故障、中度故障、严重故障装备数量，实现客户对装备的全景把控。
数据页面，展示反应所监测的装备状态的数据，包含：特征强度、特征波形、特征频率等参数。通过对时间的选择，用户可对历史数据进行查看。
消息页面，向用户推送存在故障的装备的报警信息，通过对报警信息的点击，可跳转到数据页面，通过数据对装备状态进行核对。
