So far, so good but I find it better on the iOS app than the tvOS app, mostly just need to have the same list vs title view switch on the TV app. I’ve had a couple of random exits on the tvOS app, which I’m not sure if it’s just the sleep timeout in tvOS - I’ve set that to 4 hours, so hopefully that might resolve it. Overall seems good otherwise. Also would be excellent if Sky News were included - slightly annoying having to flip over to Now to watch it..

Hi there. All iOS and iPadOS devices have a bug. There is no information showing in the TV Guide. It is not possible to plan TV watching today, Christmas Day, as there is nothing displayed.

Allows users login but has zero channels available. Must have given up supporting it. Still sold as part of eir subscriptions though.

trying to use many of the pop-down menu features cause the the app to crash, the only exception appears to be ‘Channels’ - now resolve with updated app - many thanks

App no longer playing video. Attempting to play any video closes the app. Update : developer updated and resolved the issues

Today (Christmas Eve) the remote freezes. Not Happy.

App has improved greatly and i love being able to record shows and skip the ads bonus for then being able to watch a recorded show from the same point in a different tv. Now this is where the app missed a 5 star review. It’s easier to fast forward, Erwin and go to an exact point using Apple TV. Using the the app as a remote when casting you can’t see where you are skipping to. A 30 sec fast forward button would really help

Eir have had some struggles and troubles recently with customer services and WiFi but over the few months I’m satisfied with using eir’s service as it has improved over the past few months and I am pleased to say that you should reconsider eir as your provider for a PTSN Line this works if you have more than one phone socket in your house like me and opt for there tv if your interest in it you won’t be all disappointed with it’s service So should you (Avoid it) (Consider it) (Shortlist it) or should you go right ahead and (Buy it) I’d say Shortlist it if you previously has issues with eir’s service or tv but if you buy it in a (WiFi & TV) Bundle you kinda get so much off your bill so I’d Say GO RIGHT AHEAD AND BUY IT

Sham company, app and subscription doesn’t work. AVOID!

The eir app only has the eir sport channels and tg4 and even on tg4 they can’t show have the programs. The indicate in the description above that rte and others are available but in the small print tell you they are not. eir is a terrible provider and gets away with their deception. When I signed up you got the BT sport package which was one of the reasons I signed up but then they canceled that too. Cowboys is the only word I have for them.
