Camera no longer sends motion detection notifications to iPhone Needs improvement

Don’t buy it. Get a refund if they will give it

Woke up this morning. All cameras dead. Exhausted from asking for help. I give up.

Bought a socket, just wont connect. Followed prompts properly several times. Waste of time and money. Uninstalled

Recommend the security cameras they are not wireless but they are wifi must have data on phone to see what going on at home and home wifi it also has up to 16 channels. they do work great. Comes with 4 camera

Cameras worked perfectly for 3-4 months and now continually says offline, still records but can’t ever view it once app is opened

Connecting your phone to the lights via wifi every time you want to change the colour or use the app is ridiculous. Be better to Bluetooth it every time then what it is.

All of Eko WiFi plugs stopped working on one day. FIX ASAP!!!

The stability is questionable , For price it is what it is, basic , the recording error is a real issue that no one answered Wont connect - app is unstable always cant connect error message , no one replies to emails cheap and nasty - that’s just the service -

I have four cameras from the day I purchased them the batteries that came with the cameras were defective. They will not charge past 8% this causes Hundreds of low battery notifications per day contacted customer support they refused to help they told me to take them to consumer affairs if I wish to take the matter further as I did not obtain aReceipt when making the purchase as I didn’t think it was necessary on a brand-new product. The amount of time these cameras take to connect to the app someone could have emptied my house out and been home on the couch having a beer before the establishing encrypted message goes away. The cameras are so delayed the photo capturing movement never actually captures a thing I can walk through my entire back yard and will not show up on the still frame
