Rude customer service center
I downloaded this app 4 days ago to get to n from work and eveytime I get in the cab the drivers are rude n the base is rude. All 4 rides the past 4 days were horrible. I called the base to see what’s going on the man that answered was also rude and yelling at me in the phone saying that this app is having issues with trip Pricing and that I’m taking advantage of them and a hole lot of other stuff. I wasn’t aware of that for this is a new app for me and I just started working at that place I assume that the app was correct. There’s a way to talk to ur customers n explain the issue without being unprofessional and rude. I tried to explain how I didn’t know and the rep on the phone was saying how I was lying and a lot of other rude stuff to me. I asked how much was the real price and can I still take the ride n pay what ever they said it is on the phone and they told the driver no to not take me and when I try to get a cab they cancel it. My advice use best deals car service, kiss car service or America car service apps not this el barrio app
