Sometimes it is hard to know what you are feeling and what is happening to you. Emotions overwhelm you and you don't know how to name what is happening to you. Don't worry. We'll help you understand what is happening to you, to learn about your emotions and to get to know yourself.
It is very important to exercise emotional intelligence from a very early age, to acquire the skills that help us to know ourselves and to manage emotions and complicated situations.
