App terrible
Soy subscriptor de El Pais Digital y estoy cansado del mal funcionamiento de la app a la que accedo varias veces al día. Cada cierto tiempo, tres o cuatro veces al mes, al intentar acceder te pone una pantalla con dos opciones:1) rechazar las cookies y cerrar o 2) aceptar todas. Si optas por la primera te deja en una pantalla en blanco con el logo y ahí te deja, no hay manera de acceder a pesar de que estás pagando para ello. La única opción es borrar la app y volver a bajarla y empezar de cero. No quiero pensar que el que te bloqueen el acceso si rechazas las cookies signifique que, de alguna manera, te están coartando a que las aceptes porque eso sería ilegal ¿no?
Terrible after refresh
Why do they think I want to have the El País Exprés button constantly under my thumb? If I want it, there’s a clearly marked tab for it. And I can’t get rid of it. I’m constantly hitting it accidentally as I’m scrolling. It’s terrible

Horrible performance
Since last update the app would not even load. Not that it is a lot better when it opened, mostly feels like a restricted web browser.
For a major European newspaper it is a shame their app is so behind.
Need to improve
Can’t access the digital print version even though I have an active subscription. Happens al the time. Really frustrating.
Exprés: buen intento, pero fallido
Esta es una Review de la última versión de junio del 2024. Con el lanzamiento de EL PAÍS Express veo que han intentado poner las noticias más relevantes o de última hora enfrente del lector pero lamentablemente es un intento fallido porque han roto la navegación que antes era posible, solo con arrastrar hacia la izquierda o hacia la derecha para ir de sección en sección.además el botón azul para acceder al país Express genera mucho ruido cuando no es necesario la mayor parte de las veces. Otro fallo: aunque estoy registrado y la app me reconoce, en los comentarios aparezco como desconectado, y no hay forma de hacer login.
Aún peor, han roto la navegación completamente, ya que si vas Por ejemplo a “política/ artículo” cuando haces click en el botón para volver atrás desde el artículo no te lleva a la sección de Política, sino de vuelta al inicio/portada.
Increíble que hayan considerado esta nueva versión como lista para el público, y que no hayan hecho unos test de usabilidad…
Cosas q no me gustan de la nueva versión
1) cada vez que salgo de una noticia, me lleva de vuelta a la primera noticia de la portada.
2) lo de las noticias express no se puede desconectar en el menú.
Bad performance
Most recent update forces app to refresh its whole content every time you have read a news article and navigate back to landing page. The app has many known issues, but this is a primary standard to avoid in the reading experience. Utterly frustrating. I can't read more than three consecutive articles because content seems not cached and needs to be pulled every time
New El País Exprés section lacks of modern UX design standards that places this kind of tab navigation at the bottom of the screen. Its excessive promotion with two big colored buttons on landing page for the same type of action makes the reading experience unbereable
Annoying Feature
When you read a news article and return back to the main screen it jumps back all the way up to the top. This is a basic error on a news add which should bring you instead righ back to the place where you were so that you can continue scrolling down continue more naturally reading the news
Worst major newspaper app
It’s difficult to believe that the owners of the most important newspaper in Spanish cannot get a simple app write. The software crashes continuously, the Latam versions don’t work; customer service is impossible to get….completely hopeless by now…canceling my subscription.
